RETURNS

We really hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however, in the unlikely event you wish to return or exchange items, we would be pleased to help.  You just need to return your item within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, making sure it’s unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. If these rules are not adhered to, a R200.00 handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If 14 days have gone by since signing for your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

For Christmas purchases we extend our returns policy and we will be happy to exchange or refund gifts purchased in December until the end of January.

Please note that all discounted/sale items are sold as non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  All returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the item. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance however will only refund standard postage costs. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and in case of dispute, we recommend you retain proof of sending.  We will not be responsible for any customs or import duties in relation to returns and exchanges.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

MM Apparel aim to manufacture and sell products with the highest of quality standards.  However, due to the manufacturing process and the technical properties of our fabrics, occasionally mistakes may occur.

If you think that your purchase is faulty please send us an email immediately to info@mmapparel.co.za  Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 21 days of purchase.  MM Apparel will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fail and will return or refund the product as required.  Please note that items which are damaged as a result of excessive or long term use or not washed according to the provided care instructions are not considered to be faulty.  If a faulty item has been worn it must be freshly laundered before being returned.  Any unwashed garments will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.  We will only cover standard postage if the item is deemed faulty or damaged.  If the item is no longer in stock, a gift voucher to the value of the original item will be offered instead. We will not refund items that are damaged due to incorrect sizing.

Unfortunately, if the product has been purchased for six months or more, any faults or defects are considered to be fair wear and tear and we cannot refund or replace such items.
